Eyüp Cengiz
Construction Engineer, PMP
He graduated from METU Civil Engineering and worked as a manager in many prestigious projects both at home and abroad. His areas of expertise include project management, project control, contract management, establishment and maintenance of work schedule, budget and cost control systems, and management of risk and change processes. It also offers consultancy services on these issues.
Most recently, he served as a consultant on the World Cup program for the American firm Jacobs in Qatar. Previously, he worked as Project Control Manager in the Peninsula Istanbul Project, creating and managing the initial installation stages of the project, all contract and procurement strategies, work schedule and process management systems.
Within Emaar, he worked as the technical office manager in the Emaar Square Istanbul Project and took leadership in project finance reporting, preparation and updating of the feasibility budget, work program and contract management.
Prior to Emaar, he worked as an engineer in the Qatar National Convention Center Project in Qatar, where he undertook the responsibility of claim and progress payment and ensured contractual communication with the employer and project management. He started his career as an engineer in the construction projects of two high-rise office buildings and 365 villas in Dubai.
Kerem Kurum
Construction Engineer, PMP
He graduated from ITU Civil Engineering and worked in various positions, including management level, in international projects. By obtaining the PMP certificate, he reinforced the project management processes he specialized in by practicing them in different projects.
He is an expert in project feasibility studies, tender and purchasing management, international purchasing processes, follow-up of foreign trade and logistics issues, establishment and follow-up of budget/cost control systems and documentation control systems, subcontractor management, contract management and stakeholder management processes and consultancy on these issues. gives.
Currently, he works as "Chief Operating Officer" (COO) in a Turkey-based construction company that continues its contracting activities in Iraq. He worked as a manager in the construction management team in hotel and mixed building projects such as Peninsula Istanbul and EMAAR, and took part in all levels of technical office and logistics works in a total of three airport projects, from the beginning of construction to the operation phase.
